Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
- Maintain and update customer records across CRM platforms.
- Handle data imports, exports, and manipulation for reporting and analysis.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Generate and deliver reports as required.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong background in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in task prioritisation and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
