Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.
