Job Description :
Hales Group is currently looking for a proactive and friendly Administrator to join our client for 4 weeks with the potential to extend. You’ll be part of a welcoming team, working closely with the Business Development Manager. As an Administrator you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. Duties will include:
  • General administrative support
  • Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Inputting and managing data in OneFile (training provided)
  • Supporting with processes and documentation
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
  What are we looking for:
  • Business Administration Level 2 (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
