Description
- Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal processes.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet operational requirements.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
- An eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
