Job Description :

Working for our established Client based close to the city centre you will be joining a small team supporting the business with general administration.

Main Duties:

  • To help ensure the processing of all orders received in the Admin Department in a timely manner
  • Raising invoices
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information logged on spreadsheets.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate data held in the company marketing database.
  • General administration to include: filing, data input, emailing Managers, opening internal post bags.
  • Attend monthly stock check
  • Support the sales team with general administation
  • Record accurate details of all products sold

Key Skills:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft to include Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise
  • Process driven
