My client based in Hatfield is seeking a confident Administrator for an immediate start This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our team, requiring a proactive and efficient approach to managing daily administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Perform basic administrative duties to support the office operations.
- Maintain a polite and confident telephone manner to handle incoming calls effectively.
- Chase drivers to ensure timely arrivals and adherence to schedules.
- Respond promptly to queries received through the internal live chat ticket system.
- Ensure all call notes and communications are updated and logged accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, helping to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in using office management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
