Working at the product hub of a busy and expanding company, my client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their Quality Control Team.
This administrative position forms a vital part of the Quality Control function by ensuring the admin requirements of the QC process are met.
The successful candidate will be an organized person who is able to work in a fast-moving environment, liaising across several teams. Good IT skills and the ability to work across numerous in-house systems, a high level of attention to detail and being a team player are all essential requirements.
Key Performance Indicators
- Levels of Customer Satisfaction delivered (feedback)
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports to factories within 24 hours of receipt
- QC Inspectors have all they need to complete inspections for goods out effectively and planned in Qarma
- New inspections in Qarma planned and allocated to vendor admin for them to further allocate to their inspectors
- Feedback from Colleagues, Line Manager and Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Answer first line customer service queries (via email and telephone)
- Liaise and work with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints
- Update the system (NAV) as appropriate
- Update Qarma with adhoc and planned inspections
- Update NAV with results from Qarma from the previous day
- Dispatch parts and samples for customer requests
- Support the External Sales team to provide an effective and reliable service to their new and existing customers
- Produce weekly report for the Head of Quality Control and Compliance
- Assist the Head of Quality Control in other tasks where required
- Place orders with vendors to replenish parts, swatches or any other things needed to enable us to service customers
- Update anything needed on Clickspares site
- Produce an analysis report from Qarma for the Head of Quality Control and Compliance and Head of Product Performance to use to drive continuous improvement on quality and performance of SKU.
- Produce an analysis report from returns data for the Head of Quality Control and Compliance and the Head of Product Performance to use to drive continuous improvement on quality and performance of SKU
- Review upcoming product launches and highlight to the Head of Quality Control and Compliance if not on track to complete all actions needed to launch successfully
- Prepare for any customer visits
- Assist Head of Quality Control and Compliance with ongoing projects
