Office Based – Full Time

We are recruiting for a fantastic sought-after employer based in the Mid Kent area, who are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and switched-on administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with no weekend working!

Duties include:

• Input customer orders into internal systems
• Prepare for meetings, including agendas, travel bookings, and showroom organisation
• Attend meetings where needed, taking notes and following up on action points
• Support product development processes by coordinating communication across internal departments
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing data; ensure systems are kept up to date
• Handle day-to-day admin queries and assist the Accounts team as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
