Are you an experienced Administrator and looking for the next step in your career?

We are seeking for a dedicated Administrator to join a practice in Harrogate. This role involves creating new client’s files and client engagement packs, chasing for outstanding compliance and taking client calls. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Administration, with the ability to work either full time or part time (across 5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Reception cover when receptionist is on lunch/holiday
  • Meeting clients
  • Archiving/filing / sorting post
  • Scanning & filing of correspondence
  • Professional clearance/ex clients
  • New client set up on SPS and CCH software
  • New client engagement packs etc
  • Chasing records
  • Bank audit letters
  • Maintaining Company Secretarial software
  • AML/KYC assist
  • Managers emails / collating info
  • Arranging signed accounts/documents
  • New client admin
  • New client set up on SPS and CCH software
  • New client engagement packs etc
  • Fee protection
  • Sorting filing cabinets
  • Returning records to clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within Administration
  • Strong IT skills such has Microsoft packages
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Driving licence - essential
