Our client, a prestigious property company with stunning offices in North West London and a friendly team, is expanding and looking for an Administrator to join their marketing team.The role is fully office based, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The offices are easily accessible by public transport with amenities close by.Key Responsibilities:* Assist with marketing materials and mailouts* Input and update property data into the company's database* Call clients to verify and update property information* Provide general administrative support across departments* Assist with ad hoc office projects* Handle occasional reception duties with professionalism and warmthWhat We're Looking For:* At least 1 year of admin experience is ideal * Experience working with databases* A proactive personality with a positive, can-do attitude* Excellent communication and organisational skills* High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility* No property experience required - just a willingness to learn!Join a friendly, supportive team in a beautiful North West London Office to be part of a growing company with exciting prospects.
