Role: Administrator
Location: Long Eaton
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £25,000
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude, looking to grow and develop within the company. Over time, this role will develop into an Account Manager role, managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general office and administrative duties
- Process documentation using the company’s MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system
- Support the wider team with data entry, filing, and order management
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Provide clients with regular updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
- Previous experience with MRP systems is desirable but not essential
