Job Description :

An exciting opportunity has become available within a growing company who are seeking a highly adaptable Administrator. The Administrator role involves supporting projects and liaising with clients and organisations.

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
  • Must be a driver with own vehicle

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for a new and existing projects/assessments
  • Providing feedback to clients and amending/updating documents
  • Attending on-site meetings and managing own and team diary
  • Maintaining and updating management database
  • Setting up and logging data for assessment purposes
  • Monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Following up on reports and ensuring procedures are met

Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Strong administrative and customer services
