Our client based in Woking are seeking an Administrator to come on-board for the next 3 months. The purpose of this role is to support the team providing excellent customer service, as well as providing administration support and data processing.
Duties:
- Respond to written correspondence and handle inbound calls
- Assist with the day-to-day administration
- Update and manage the database to ensure customer data is accurate
- To update any changes to the system
- Issuing and printing letters to send out to customers
- Maintain an effective digital filing system
- Ordering of stationary when required
- Manage and review files on the Sharepoint system
- Archive paperwork and documents
- Invoice new and existing customers
- Processing of manual payments
- Raise purchase orders for new suppliers
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role either in person or telephone based
- Strong administration skills
- Confident user of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Available immediately to start the temporary role
