Job Description :

Our client based in Woking are seeking an Administrator to come on-board for the next 3 months. The purpose of this role is to support the team providing excellent customer service, as well as providing administration support and data processing.

Duties:

  • Respond to written correspondence and handle inbound calls
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration
  • Update and manage the database to ensure customer data is accurate
  • To update any changes to the system
  • Issuing and printing letters to send out to customers
  • Maintain an effective digital filing system
  • Ordering of stationary when required
  • Manage and review files on the Sharepoint system
  • Archive paperwork and documents
  • Invoice new and existing customers
  • Processing of manual payments
  • Raise purchase orders for new suppliers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role either in person or telephone based
  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Available immediately to start the temporary role

Salary : 12.21 - 13
