Pay rate: up to £13.90 p/h

Contract: Temporary until approx. Aug 2024

Location: Leamington Spa CV34. Office based due to nature of job

Working Shifts: 37.5 hours p/w, 8.30am – 5.00pm

As a temporary administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Finance team
• Sending relevant documents to our client’s customers
• Managing the database and updating records accurately
• Basic reconciliation of customer accounts
• Liasing with third party suppliers
• Liaising with customers over email or telephone
• Supporting with any other admin tasks within the team as and when required

To be successful in this role, you will meet the below criteria:

• Task driven
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy is absolute key
• Pro active
• Confident communicator and contribute well to a team
• Administrative or data entry experience

This would be ideal for someone who has come from a data driven or high compliant role where checking data and accuracy is key
