Job title: Administrator

Pay rate: £13:00 - £14.20 per hour

Location: Sidcup, DA14 5DF

Working hours: 39 hours/week (Mon to Friday)

Shift time: 8AM - 4PM (early finish at 3PM on Friday)

Contract: 2 months (possible extension to 6 months)

Purpose of the role:

The core role is to take the company's Change Control Proforma, which will have been started by the change initiator, and liaise with different departments to ensure site actions are completed.

Duties:

  • The role will primarily be coordinating change control, however may be asked to perform some similar activities.
  • Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • High volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels being critical
  • Having the ability to prioritize workload
  • Other administrative duties, as required Adhere to defined standards and processes
  • Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required

Previous experience/qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a factory admin environment would be highly preferred
  • Should be proficient with MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Customer Focused & Self-Motivated
  • Effective communication - listening & written
  • Planning & organizing - Managing work accountability and responsibility
  • Team player but able to work on own initiative
