A well-established company based in Burton-on-Trent, are looking for another administrator to join their small team to undertake general administration duties in relation to maintaining membership records and membership services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing Membership Secretary with administrative support
- Maintaining the day-to-day administration of the Membership Department with particular respect to record keeping and liaising with member companies
- Administering the association’s Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card service, processing applications and authorising cards to be produced
- Keeping member’s contact details up to date on the CRM system Assisting with scheduling the associations Site Audit Accreditation Scheme audits
- Keeping records of members licence and insurance details up to date
- Any other duties as designated by the Membership Secretary
Personal Specification:
- Experience 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- 2 years’ experience of dealing with the public
- Experience of Word processing
- Experience of customer care and handling customer enquiries
- Ability to use PowerPoint, CRM Microsoft dynamics is desirable but not essential
- Qualifications Educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English or equivalent, Grade C or above. Skills and Abilities
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Numerate, methodical and accurate
- Good telephone skills including written and interpersonal skills
- Team worker / People person
- Flexible, enthusiastic and adaptable to change

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 30 minutes for lunch. (hours can be flexible on start and finish time)
Salary: £23,000
