Administrator - Jobwise Ltd : Job Details

Administrator required for a temporary role starting as soon as possible as part of an ongoing assignment for 4 weeks, it is really important that you are available full time until the 17th of May 2024 as a minimum! The role will be performing general administration duties helping to process orders within Excel, and manage their database accurately. The ideal person will be able to pick up new systems quickly and commit to the whole length of the contract. It would be ideal if you have previous data entry/processing/input experience, with a keen eye for detail. The position is full time, working 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday. You'll be working within a small team of 4, and there will be training provided. There is free parking avaialble, and it's based in Stockport. What will you be doing as an Administrator?

• Providing administrative support to the team
• Accurately recording data into the CRM system and within MS Excel/using spreadsheets
• Managing the database, inputting financial information and rectifying data, within a fast-paced environment

• Youre organised with a keen eye for detail, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• You need to be confident on a computer, using MS Office including intermediate MS Excel knowledge
• Your previous job title may include administration, data input, data entry, or data processor
