Job Title: Administrator

Location: Child Development Centre, Sandy Lane, Orford, Warrington WA2 9HY

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm / 8.30am - 5.00pm

Pay: £11.45 per hour

About the Trust:

We are a leading provider of community health services in the north west of England. We provide high quality community and specialist services to people living in: Halton, St Helens, Warrington, Community Dental Network (services in all the above plus Bolton, Bury, Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale, Tameside, Trafford, Glossop, Stockport and Western Cheshire.)

What you'll be responsible for:

· Provide a front line service for all service user enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate. Liaising with internal services and partner agencies when necessary

· Uploaded a large number of referrals onto the database each day

· Manage the patient booking system including building clinic sessions, arranging home & school visits, management of waiting lists and breaches, data cleansing.

· Take telephone calls and deal with queries quickly and efficiently.

· To maintain an effective photocopying, filing and archiving system including records management in line with Trust pol

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You'll have the following skills/experience:

· Strong data entry skills

· Experience of using Systm1 is highly desirable but full training will be provided.

· Must be proficient in all Microsoft office programmes.
