Job DescriptionCountrywide is seeking a strong Administrator to join an established team supporting the lettings function based at Countrywide House in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, NG15. £22,350 per annum. Full-time, permanent, office-based. Working days & hours - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)Countrywide is part of the Connells Group, which is the largest, most successful and most profitable high street estate agency and property services provider in the UK.The Quality Control Team play an integral part in ensuring the safety of our tenants & quality assurance to our business and Landlords. We work closely with the lettings branch network to support them with a variety of compliance based lettings tasks.You will review the gas safety & electrical safety documentation for all new lets ensuring tenant safety before move-in, monitor the performance of a variety of teams & review branch compliance performance. You will ensure tenants have the right to rent in the UK &; that the required lettings documentation is present & correct.**No experience for this role is required as full training will be given**Examples of what you will be doing:
  • Running reports
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Reporting compliance performance
  • Establishing areas for improvement

  • Have excellent timekeeping (Quality Control are relied upon to have the information readily available at set times)
  • Provide compliance support to the branch network

  • Have basic Microsoft Office skills
