Job Description :

Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised Administrator to join our team and work from our office in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, Customer Service Dept and support the smooth running of the office. The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Reporting to our Executive Administrator, the key responsibilities are:
    • Providing administrative support to various departments within the business.
    • Support with all office operations including ordering lunches and greeting visitors.
    • Alongside our reception team be the go-to person within the office.
    • Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings and events.
    • Covering for our reception team during holiday and peak periods.
    • Supporting our Executive Administrator with any ad-hoc tasks to support our board of directors.
    • Be the champion for any social and people initiatives.
    • Working with the Customer Services Dept 2 days per week;
        • be the point of contact for all emergent defects, responsible for allocating and updating the miaftercare system.
        • Providing support to the Customer Services Managers
        • Liaising with the supply chain partners and customers on the progression of defects and reviewing "open" defects daily.
        • Escalating any emergency situations to the relevant member of the Customer Services Team.
Essential and Desirable Criteria

The ideal candidate

    • Proven experience as an administrator.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Intermediate excel experience).
    • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
    • Excellent Customer Service skills.

Working Hours: We are looking for someone to work 8.30am to 5.00pm, we would consider occasional home working on a Friday.
