Salary: £26,000 £29,000 per year
Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm (Fully Office Based)
Due to continued growth, a well-established organisation is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join their Fleet and Asset Team at their Head Office in Windlesham. This pivotal role supports the Fleet Manager in ensuring the nationwide fleet remains compliant, cost-effective, and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support internal teams across the country with fleet-related tasks and queries
Maintain accurate records using the Key 2 Fleet Management System
Manage tolls, congestion charges, ULEZ accounts, and licence checks
Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers
Monitor and report on fleet incidents, claims, and telematics data
Process fleet invoices, challenge discrepancies, and liaise with suppliers
Oversee maintenance schedules, MOTs, and servicing compliance
Generate regular fleet utilisation reports and assist with monthly reporting
Maintain the fleet inbox and assist with ad hoc administrative duties
What You Need:
Previous experience in a Fleet, Compliance, or Administrative role (1+ year preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulas advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Confidence to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and supplier coordination
Full UK driving licence and reliable transport to the office
