What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the go-to person for wholesale clients - from big-name retail accounts to online marketplaces and independents.

  • Manage wholesale order books and help the business smash monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Keep everything running smoothly: stock updates, imagery requests, order processing, and delivery coordination.

  • Work closely with distribution centres and internal teams to ensure products land where they need to be, on time, every time.

  • Keep accurate records across multiple systems and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, offering first-class customer care that strengthens brand loyalty.

  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

  • Support new starters and ensure best practice with up-to-date documentation.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year's experience in office-based customer service or account administration.

  • A confident communicator - whether on email, phone, or webchat.

  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle tasks in a busy environment.

  • Excel whizz with strong data management skills.

  • Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving retail setting.
