Customer Service Administrator ?? Location: East Leeds ?? Full-time, Permanent | ?? Hybrid (1 day WFH)

Salary: £24,500

An exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team of a growing company with an exciting product as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a very interesting and varied Customer Service Administration role and the client has a strong e-commerce platform, established retail partnerships, and an excellent culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to wholesale clients (key accounts, marketplaces, and independent retailers)

  • Manage wholesale order books to meet monthly and annual targets

  • Oversee stock updates, imagery requirements, order packing, and delivery schedules

  • Liaise with distribution centres and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfilment

  • Maintain accurate order records across multiple systems

  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on performance metrics

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Support onboarding and training through updated process documentation

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years' office-based customer service or internal account administration experience

  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, webchat)

  • Ability to work cross-functionally between wholesale and e-commerce

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Strong Excel skills (essential)

  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
