Administrator (Corporate Governance)

This newly created role will support the Company Secretary and needs a natural administrator - someone super organised, highly efficient, with strong IT skills across a range of applications. Administrator Corporate Governance - What will I be doing?
- Helping to keep governance processes on track by preparing board papers, meeting packs and accurate minutes.
- Administer the corporate SharePoint site so that documents are up-to-date, well organised and easily accessible.
- Coordinating key filings and compliance documents, making sure deadlines are met without a hitch.
- Maintaining the company secretarial calendar, ensuring meetings and statutory requirements are well planned.
- Supporting the Company Secretary with day-to-day admin, from formatting and filing through to confidential correspondence.
Administrator Corporate Governance - What experience do I need?
- Strong background in administration or office support.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for staying organised under pressure.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people.
- High level of IT proficiency, with strong skills in Microsoft SharePoint, Word and Excel, and familiarity with Adobe products.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and using initiative to work independently when needed.
- Experience with board portals, governance systems, or taking minutes would be an advantage.
