Contract Assignment: Administrative Assistant - Global Transaction Services
Pay Rate: £27.50 - £35 - per hour via PAYE
Location: London, UK
Contract Length: 6 months (initially, rolling)
Hybrid Split: Initially full-time in the office; moving to 1 day working from home once training is complete
Must be able to contract via PAYE/Umbrella. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary management, including organising internal and external meetings
- Coordinating complex UK and international travel arrangements
- Scheduling conference and video calls across global time zones
- Submitting expenses using Concur, in line with internal policy
- Developing knowledge of senior leadership team priorities, clients, and workflows
- Establishing effective communication with internal stakeholders and external contacts
- Handling sensitive and confidential material with discretion and professionalism
- Managing inboxes on behalf of senior leaders, prioritising and responding appropriately
- Planning team offsites and internal events
- Providing support cover for other administrative team members during periods of leave or high workload

Requirements:
- Must have experience supporting bankers
- Previous administrative experience within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, professional setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Professional, polished, and reliable approach
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership
- Familiarity with the Concur expense management system
- Experience planning complex travel itineraries and multi-party meetings
Additional Information:
This role will require full-time office presence initially, with flexibility to work from home one day per week following completion of training. All offers will be subject to background screening prior to commencement.
