Administrative Assistant - Grade 4 - Seven Resourcing : Job Details

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to start a new role in Warrington.    

The Adult Safeguarding and Quality Assurance team are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience of working in an administration role to work in the Safeguarding and Quality Support Officer role for up to 12 months.

The purpose of this post is to support a team of Safeguarding and Quality Officers who are working closely with local care providers to support service improvements.

This support will include administrative duties - mainly legally defensible minute taking, organising, supporting meetings, monitoring email inboxes, and transferring information to appropriate files and folders.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: 1 year + of administration experience 

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week, hybrid, 2 days a week in the office
