Administration Coordinator – Entry-Level Opportunity

Norwich, United Kingdom ·  Permanent ·  Full-time (37.5 hours/week) – Part-time consideredImmediate start available

Are you a school leaver, college leaver, or recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in a professional and supportive environment? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Coordinator to join a Norwich-based firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions including office support, client liaison, business development, and compliance.

The role:

Office Support & Administration

  • General office tasks including mail handling, document production, and meeting coordination
  • Answering client calls and supporting front-of-house duties
  • Liaising with internal teams to maintain accurate client records
  • Supporting compliance processes such as anti-money laundering checks

Business Development

  • Assisting with event planning and marketing mailings
  • Conducting background research and maintaining business development records
  • Supporting the creation of blogs, news features, and promotional content

Client Liaison

  • Creating a welcoming environment for clients
  • Managing client documentation and onboarding
  • Supporting the full client lifecycle from initial contact to final submissions

Team Support

  • Providing cover during busy periods or staff absences
  • Sharing knowledge and training new team members
  • Occasionally travelling to other East Anglia offices or supporting out-of-hours events
 What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
