Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and organised Coordinator to support the operations of Medical Professionals in Wales. This key administrative role ensures smooth coordination of meetings, events, communications and stakeholder engagement across Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Executive Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
  • Manage event registrations and provide IT/admin support for conferences.
  • Track and process Health Board job descriptions.
  • Support CPD communications and liaise with training providers.
  • Maintain web pages and social media updates.
  • Administer local Faculties/Groups and Committee meetings.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent MS Office and keyboard skills.
  • Formal minute-taking and committee management experience.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with electronic databases.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Confident, professional, and willing to travel across Wales.
  • Welsh language skills desirable but not essential.
