About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Accounts Office. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a structured environment, and values clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
- Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and post professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining internal systems and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting colleagues with ad hoc tasks to maintain workflow
- Organising and managing filing systems
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Ensuring all administrative processes align with company policies
- Assisting with company-related filings such as setting up businesses and submitting confirmation statements
- Managing invoicing, sending statements, and following up where necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Gmail, and Outlook
