Reed Talent Solutions is partnering with United Utilities to find 7 Data Administrators for their expanding leakage team based in Warrington.

Location: Gatewarth industrial Estate, Off Liverpool Road, Warrington, WA5 1DS

Contract Type: Temporary 6-month contract through Reed

Salary: £14.95 Per hour PAYE

The Role:

As an Administration Assistant within the Leakage Team, you’ll provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of operations. You’ll work closely with field teams, analysts, and managers to help track leakage reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate responses to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update leakage data records and reports
  • Liaise with field teams to ensure timely logging and resolution of leakage incidents
  • Support scheduling and coordination of site visits and repair works
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and regulatory reporting
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and data protection standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (utilities or engineering sector desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Salesforce (desirable)
