We are looking for an administration assistant for our client based in Hitchcocks Business Park in Willand. You will be the administrative support to the finance office and general manager.
Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm
Week 2 : Tuesday to Saturday 08:00am - 16:00pm
Duties will include:
- Reconciling bank statements, managing and reconciliation of Petty Cash, aswell as VAT submission.
- Dealing with incoming calls regarding customer orders and enquiries.
- Support the external sales teams by setting up and maintaining customer accounts and price lists.
- Ensuring all orders are input onto Sage ready for dispatch.
- Accurate record keeping to maintain and update customer information on Sage and relevant spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Atleast 1-2 years working within an office environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan and prioritise work.
- Strong organisational administrative and analytical skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate the range of produce supplied by the client.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with people and the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
