This is the perfect chance for a passionate professional looking for a position where you can deliver exceptional service.

Working within a small team, You will be dealing with all administration duties , processing laboratory test results accurately with a key eye for attention to detail, building strong client relationships through regular contact. There maybe from time to time you assist with booking in materials and moving them to there correct storage so manual lifting maybe required.

To ensure proactive telephone calls are maintained, logged and followed up at the agreed levels.

Data entry of laboratory test results to generate Certificates of the products quality and send to customers.

Strong administration skills.

Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letters or face-to-face.

Independently prioritise work loads and be able to adapt as no two days are the same.

Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers and produce written information for customers with the use of computer packages.

Be self-motivated, able to work accurately, and have a good eye for detail.

Being able to plan and organise your workload ensuring that all admin duties are completed.

Book in materials.

Competitive salary circa £27,000 to £30,000 DOE
