This opportunity would suit a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, supporting trading and buying teams across the UK.The Role:In this role, you’ll provide key administrative support to the Trading Management Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and supporting day-to-day trading activity. You'll work closely with Buyers and other internal teams, managing large data sets and ensuring tight deadlines are met.About You:
- 1-2 years' office-based experience, ideally within the retail sector.
- Recent graduate calibre, ideally in a business-related subject.
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and present data.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support for trading projects.
- Work with Excel and internal systems to manage and analyse data.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
