Your new role:

  • Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage calendar invites, ensuring alignment with team schedules and priorities.
  • Arrange and oversee logistics for team engagements, ensuring seamless scheduling and organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and data to support department operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
