Job Description :

Rand Associates are a Building and Quantity Surveying organisation operating across the UK, with a Head Office in Reigate, Surrey. We are a small, friendly team, working primarily with the social housing sector and pride ourselves on the excellent quality of work we produce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To work with Rand Associates staff to deliver a high-quality performance within scheduled timescales.
  • To work with surveyors and other project staff on worklists, progress, issues arising.
  • To work with clients and their representatives on satisfying requirements including provision of progress updates and dealing with issues arising.
  • To make and receive telephone calls as required. In particular, this will include clients and surveyors, but there will be period when it will be necessary to answer phone calls from residents and book appointments in.
  • To send, receive and act on emails.
  • To assist other officers with tasks as required, but likely to include MS Word and MS Excel processing.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and protocols.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to commute to Reigate for the required hours.

Salary : 24000 - 27000
