Job Description :
My client, an Engineering company based nr Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a Permanent basis. You will join a small team where you will be responsible for supporting a range of site activities, from front-of-house reception work and document control to managing the stores database and assist with deliveries for the engineering team.The main functions of the role include- Act as the first point of contact for both visitors and phone calls - Processing purchase orders- Managing invoices - Maintaining the site and supporting with general admin tasks- Managing stationery orders- Supporting the Maintenance Manager with audits - Supporting with site tours and visitors- Manage deliveries against delivery notesAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role with an Engineering environment - Strong IT skills especially MS Office- Excellent Communication skills- Be happy to work independently a lot of the timeThe hours required for this role are Mon-Fri 0730-1500 (35 hour week)Keywords:Admin, Stores, Administration, Reception, MS Office,
