Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain administrative systems and processes to support the efficient running of the office.
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
  • Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service standards.

Profile

The successful admin or customer service advisor will have the following experience

  • Previous experience admin or customer service
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Works well within a team
