At Queens Bay Lodge we aim to make every day count for our residents, which is why we provide a range of activities for them to enjoy and it is our activities coordinators that are key to bringing a range experiences and activities to do that. Responsible for planning and delivering a range of therapeutic and meaningful activities, our activities coordinators are at the heart of our service.

This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, the understanding of the best types of activities to offer stimulation and the ability to deal with people in a caring, nurturing, and patient manner and of course, bags of energy, creativity and enthusiasm.

As we do our work in Christs name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
