What will you do as an Accounts Supervisor?

• Supervise daily operations of a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Support and guide junior staff with training and task delegation
• Process sales and purchase orders, and manage invoice generation
• Handle customer and supplier queries via phone and email
• Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners
• Monitor and reconcile customer & supplier accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and policies

What do you need as an Accounts Supervisor?

• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organised approach with the ability to support others effectively
