Accounts Senior - Pro-Finance : Job Details

I am recruiting a Senior Accountant for a well-established 4 Director accountancy practice based in Central London. The successful Senior Accountant candidate will be a true general practitioner with a wealth of experience working in a UK accountancy practice, with skills within accounts, audit and tax.What is great about this Senior Accountant role?

This well-established firm is proud of their loyal client base of HNWI's, trusts, partnerships, LLP's and Limited companies from many industry sectors including media and entertainment.Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Managing a small portfolio of clients
• Preparing statutory accounts in line with FRS102
• Assisting with fieldwork for audit engagements
• Preparing corporate tax, personal tax and VAT returns
• Ad hoc monthly or quarterly management accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in financial management and planning processes
• Utilising Iris, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks accounting software

Qualification Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA Qualified or Qualified By Experience (QBE) candidates will be considered for this Senior Accountant position, but they will not provide support for candidates who are still studying.

Senior Accountant Requirements:

• Double Entry Bookkeeping knowledge and skills
• Experience within audit, accounts, VAT, personal and corporate tax
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Experience using Xero and Quickbooks
• Excellent communication skills
