GPN Recruitment are supporting a long-established, boutique firm of chartered accountants based in London. The firm service clients from a wide range of sectors including Media, Publishing, Property, Manufacturing, Investment and Education.

They are now seeking an Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied portfolio, working closely with clients and gaining strong exposure to both accounts and tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105
• Prepare corporation tax returns
• Liaise directly with clients
• Support and review junior staff where required

Qualifications & Skills

• Essential: proven ability to prepare full statutory accounts and corporation tax returns - successful candidates may be fully qualified or part qualified
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102 & FRS 105)
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
