What You'll Do
  • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax computations for limited companies, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, FRS102, and UK tax rules.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, including accounts trainees, fostering their development through hands-on training.
  • Engage directly with clients, delivering tailored solutions and value-added insights to build lasting relationships.
  • Leverage partner-level access to drive innovation and contribute to the firm's success.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
What You Bring
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, FRS102A, and UK Corporation Tax.
  • Proven experience preparing accounts from manual records or bookkeeping software.
  • Desirable: Experience with consolidated financial statements.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a track record of delegating and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adept at managing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Xero, CCH, or CaseWare is a plus.
