Your new firmAn established Accountancy firm based in the Stockport area are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This firm provides a range of audit and accounts services to their clients and have been steadily growing their portfolio for the last few years, with big plans to continue their growth, aiming to be a Top 100 firm. They have clear progression programs for staff and are going through an exciting period and it is a great time to join the team.

Your new roleAs Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for preparation of accounts for a range of clients, mostly SME businesses. Their clients sit within a range of industries such as property and retail. You will be responsible for a range of compliance duties and will complete accounts for manager and partner review. You will be required to manage client relationships and deal with client queries effectively.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts within a practice environment and will have ideal worked on a range of clients. Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified. You will need strong IT skills with experience in accounts software. If you have strong accounts experience, the ability to manage your own workload, this will be an excellent opportunity.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. You will be put on their excellent progression programme and given a clear path for development. You will be able to work from home on a hybrid basis and can wok flexible hours between their core hours of 10am - 4pm. You will also have access to company wide benefits package including holidays and pension contributions.
