Accounts Semi-Senior - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyAn established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants based in west London is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries and business structures. Your new roleAs an Accounts Semi-Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services to their clients, including Limited Companies, LLPs, Partnerships, and Sole Traders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements.
• Bookkeeping for a variety of clients, both remotely and on-site.
• Preparing VAT returns.

What you'll need to succeed

• Part-qualified (ACCA, ACA or AAT)
• Minimum 18 months' experience in a professional accountancy practice
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
