Salary: £28,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Office-Based)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmHolidays: 22 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus benefits

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Clerk / Sales Administrator to join our Accounts Department and support dealership operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, with the potential to develop into a more senior position as you gain experience and responsibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy across deal files, invoicing, and stock management, while maintaining compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post invoices into the specialised dealer management system.
  • Manage vehicle invoicing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Check and validate deal files, ensuring all relevant documents are present.
  • Add stock purchases onto the dealer management system.
  • Verify the existence and accuracy of supporting documents for sales and purchases.
  • Support administration relating to the invoicing and disposal of vehicles.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and methodical approach to work.
  • Experience with invoicing and/or stock administration (motor trade experience desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using dealer management systems preferred.
