Accounts Receviable Officer - James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a leading public sector body based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary contract for 4 months, with strong likelihood the contract will be extended.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of c.£16.50 umbrella (subject to experience) and the start date is ideally in the first two weeks’ of September.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Raising invoices and credits
• Dealing with refunds and scholarships
• Assisting with the processing of the scholarship payment
• Setting up new customer forms, ensuring all information is correct
• Completing accounts reconciliations
• Assisting with ad-hoc sales ledger duties

Experience and skills required:

• Sales ledger
• Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
• Good eye for detail

• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
