Accounts Receivable Team Leader - KCR Solutions : Job Details

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Leader for dynamic and growing business near Cramlington. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for details and looking to progress quickly within the role.Main duties will include:

• Manage an AR team
• Processing commission statements
• Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining all the necessary spreadsheets
• Liaising with the offices to obtain statements
• Logging into partner portals to download statements
• Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements
• Typing up statements from postal reports to upload
• Contacting partners to resolve queries via telephone and Email
• Review unallocated daily and ensuring these are being actioned, liaising with transactional manager if any issues arise.
• Reviewing data for inconsistencies
• Complete month end reporting and analysis for the Group Transactional Manager
• Carrying out any other ad hoc duties or projects as required
