This is a key leadership role within our busy finance department, responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, maintaining healthy cash flow, and building strong relationships across the business.

• Lead and inspire a team handling high-volume AR and credit control activities

• Oversee customer accounts, monitor balances, credit limits, and payment terms

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries quickly and professionally

• Maintain and improve AR systems, processes, and reporting

• Provide training, support, and development opportunities for your team

• Manage credit insurance and contribute to cash flow forecasting

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control supervision

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach

• Experience in multi-currency transactions and supporting sales-driven environments

• Solid Excel knowledge; Business Central experience is a plus
