Accounts Receivable Specialist - 6month FTC London, UK £130 - £150pd PAYE* (depending on experience) Full time, 6-month FTC (likely to extend) + Hybrid working

Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team based in London.

Job Description:

• Assist in adjustments (within eligible guidelines), including misapplied payments, overpayments, customer reconciliations, etc.
• Foster strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Answering general questions regarding account status
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Perform customer account research with the ability to analyse and resolve payment related issues
• Assisting with management of third-party debt collection agency, and dealing with any queries that are raised
• Assist with end-of-month closing duties to include, cash application, billing, and reporting analysis
• Work on special projects when assigned by management
• Supporting billing team when required

Qualifications/skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Approachable customer service orientation and "can do" attitude
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to analyse large sets of data
• Experience with SAP, Net Suite or similar enterprise reporting systems preferred
• 1+ years of Account Receivable experience
