Role overview

This role will involve working closely with another Accounts Receivable Executive alongside two Credit Managers, producing invoices for all UK service lines and providing support to the Credit Managers whenever necessary.

What will I be doing?

  • Taking responsibility for raising invoices on a daily basis
  • To ensure all invoices requested by all Research Executives are raised promptly and accurately
  • To ensure the generic email invoice inbox is constantly monitored, actioned and cleared of all requests by the end of the day
  • To provide general assistance to the Credit Manager and Credit Controllers at all times with invoice and ad hoc duties
  • To ensure client Statements are sent out on a monthly basis and within the specified time limit
  • To resolve all invoice related queries that arise and assist the Credit Manager and Credit Controllers to resolve all and any invoice related queries
  • Supporting month end billing processes

  • Ability to actively listen and act competently on instructions
